Travel is an emotion. Although I get thrilled about my own trips, I find that hosting visitors and sharing in their joy is much more exciting. I clearly remember one woman telling me that this was the best day ever while I was traveling across Italy with a group of women, then the next day she was even more enthusiastic and said it was the best day ever.

I take pride in the planning I do for my guests. It's as if I'm going on the trip myself!

One of my greatest travel memories is my trip to Thailand with my daughter for a milestone birthday. We spent two days at the Elephant Sanctuary working and playing with the elephants. It was one of the best trips I've ever taken.
